2016 LAKE LURE NC POLAR PLUNGE
252 brave souls plunged into 2016 on Friday January 1st at high noon. Lake Lure NC hosted the event with entry fees benefiting local charities. A record number of folks, most of who wore costumes, got a rush in the chilly waters of the lake. Fun was had by all!
